十字交岔巷道大跨距顶板稳定控制支护技术

摘要 针对万利一矿42301工作面切眼巷道与其辅运顺槽在端头部位呈十字交岔巷道布置,顶板暴露面积大,顶板岩层水平层理及泥质胶结结构特征明显,支护难度明显增加的问题,在工程概括分析的基础上,通过数值模拟,揭示42301工作面端头十字交岔巷道的围岩受力破坏特征,提出十字交岔巷道大跨距顶板主动支护控制对策,工程实践表明,交岔巷道顶板的围岩下沉量在150~185 mm,两帮围岩变形在100~160 mm,当前支护效果满足工作面端头巷道回采准备的生产要求,所提出的交岔巷道主动联合支护设计方案控制效果安全稳定。 In view of the problem that the 42301 working face cut-hole roadway and its auxiliary transport chute were arranged in a cross-over roadway,the exposed area of the roof slab was large,the horizontal laminae and mud cement structure of the roof slab were obvious,and the support difficulty obviously increased,based on the general analysis of engineering,through numerical simulation,the stress damage characteristics of the surrounding rock in the cross-over roadway at the end of the 42301 working face were revealed.The engineering practice shows that the sinkage of the surrounding rock of crossover roadway was 150~185 mm,and the deformation of the surrounding rock of both sides was 100~160 mm,the current support effect meets the production safety requirements for the preparation of the working face recovery,and the active joint support design scheme was proposed for the crossover roadway,with safe and stable control effect.
