切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采工作面支护技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 在工作面回采过程中,工作面两巷不同位置受动压影响范围和强度都不同。工作面开采后,煤层顶板随之开始弯曲、下沉、垮落,且从顶板垮落到趋于稳定需要一定的时间,因此在沿空留巷过程中巷道的不同位置不仅需要加强巷道原有支护强度,同时需要采用临时支护确保巷道的顶板稳定。根据邢台矿沿空留巷巷道围岩的不同受力特点,将沿空留巷巷道划分为3个区,即超前支护区(工作面前方20 m),超后临时支护区(架后0~100 m)和成巷稳定区(架后100 m之后),不同分区根据实际情况采取不同的加强支护措施。 In the process of working face recovery,the scope and intensity of dynamic pressure in the two roadway of the working face were different.After mining,the coal seam roof started to bend,sink and collapse,and it took some time from roof collapse to stabilization,therefore,different locations of the roadway in the process of leaving the roadway not only needed to strengthen the original support of the roadway,but also needed to use temporary support to ensure the stability of the roof of the roadway.According to the different force characteristics of the surrounding rocks of the roadway along the gob-side entry in Xingtai Mine,the roadway was divided into 3 zones,over-front support zone(20 m before the working face),over-back temporary support zone(0~100 m after the frame)and roadway stabilization zone(after 100 m after the frame),and different strengthening support measures were taken in different zones according to the actual situation.
