水平井技术在封堵矿井无效排水中的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对以往利用垂直钻孔封堵矿井突水点效果不佳、残余水量长期存在、矿井无效排水影响矿井经济效益和安全的现状,冀中能源峰峰集团在开展地面区域治理保证矿井防治水安全生产的同时,积极拓宽应用领域,把区域治理水平井(孔)技术引入到封堵矿井突水点(尤其是一些时间长、条件不清的突水点)领域并开展研究工作。本文详细叙述了利用水平孔技术封堵突水点时的水平钻孔布置方法、钻孔结构、注浆设备的选型、浆液配比和钻探施工技术要求等。 In response to the current situation that the use of vertical boreholes to seal mine water breakout points was ineffective,the residual water volume persisted for a long time,and the ineffective mine drainage affected the economic efficiency and safety of the mine,Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group,while carrying out surface area treatment to ensure the safe production of mine water control,actively broadened the application field and introduced the area treatment horizontal well(hole)technology to seal mine water breakout points(especially some long time and unclear water points),the use of horizontal borehole technology was introduced.This paper described in detail the horizontal drilling arrangement method,drilling structure,grouting equipment selection,slurry proportioning and drilling construction technology requirements when using horizontal hole technology to seal water breakout points.
