摘要
针对如何提高煤矿井下机车调度效率和实现井下调度系统自动化问题,基于KJ654机车运输监控系统结构与功能,根据冀中能源股份有限公司东庞矿-480水平运输大巷运输技术要求,制定了蓄电池机车出(入)车场、通过弯道、道岔时与信号灯、转辙机的通行规则及技术标准。结合东庞矿-480运输大巷运输现场实际情况,对KJ654机车运输监控系统传感器的安装和程序结构进行了部分改动,提高了机车通行效率和安全系数。
Based on the structure and function of KJ654 locomotive transportation monitoring system,the rules and technical standards for the passage of battery locomotives out of(into)the yard,through the curves and turnouts with signal lights and rutters were formulated according to the technical requirements for transportation of the-480 level transportation roadway of Dongpang Mine,the installation of sensors and program structure of KJ654 locomotive transport monitoring system were partially changed,which improved the locomotive passing efficiency and safety factor.
