自动监测系统在煤矿综采设备中的应用研究

Study on the application of automatic monitoring system in general mining equipment

针对当前辛置煤矿工作面中综采设备在实际运行中无法全面实现监测问题,在分析现有综采设备监测系统存在问题基础上,以西门子PLC控制器为核心,开展了综采设备运行状态远程监控系统研究。监测系统实际应用后表明,该监测系统运行良好,稳定、高效实现对综采设备中电流、电压、运行状态等方面的实时监测、状态显示及异常报警等功能,达到了预期效果。

Based on the analysis of the problems of the existing comprehensive mining equipment monitoring system,a study on the remote monitoring system of the operating status of comprehensive mining equipment was carried out with Siemens PLC controller as the core.The practical application of the monitoring system showed that the monitoring system worked well and achieved real-time monitoring,status display and abnormal alarm of current,voltage and operation status of the header mining equipment in a stable and efficient way,which achieved the expected effect.
