摘要
针对甲基肼生产工艺中存在的问题,设计了全新的甲基肼清洁生产工艺流程,在非均相条件下合成盐酸甲基肼,再通过分次析晶、水合肼游离、蒸馏分离等过程,高收率的获得甲基肼,整个过程没有公害性废气和废固排放,经多批次实验验证,盐酸肼回收套用率99%,甲基肼收率达87%以上。
Aiming at the problems in the production process of methyl hydrazine,a new clean production process of methyl hydrazine was designed,Synthesis of methylhydrazine hydrochloride under heterogeneous conditions,and then through the processes of two crystallization,hydrazine hydrate neutralization,and distillation separation to obtain methylhydrazine in high yield.The whole process has no pollution waste gas and waste solid discharge.After many experiments,the recovery rate of hydrazine hydrochloride was 99%,and the yield of methyl hydrazine was more than 87%.
