废有机溶剂进入生化系统前的处理研究

摘要 为实现废有机溶剂能够资源化利用,进入生化系统进行生化处理,减少生化系统面粉葡萄糖的投入量。设计对比实验,通过改变向含有机溶剂废水投加硫酸亚铁、双氧水、硫化钠等试剂的顺序,研究其对去除废液中的有害物质(包括大量有机物及不溶于水的油类物质)的影响。根据投加药剂顺序不同所产生的变化,实验获得了优化的工艺条件,有效的去除废液中的有害物质,使处理后废液中的有机物能够进行生化处理,达到生化进水要求,同时减少生化系统面粉葡萄糖的投入量。 In order to realize the resource utilization of waste organic solvent,the waste organic solvent were entered the biochemical system for biochemical treatment to reduce the input amount of flour glucose in the biochemical system.A comparative experiment was designed to study the effect of adding ferrous sulfate,hydrogen peroxide,sodium sulfide and other reagents to wastewater containing organic solvent on the removal of harmful substances(including a large number of organic substances and oil substances insoluble in water).According to the changes caused by different dosing sequences,the optimized process conditions were obtained,and the harmful substances in the waste liquid were effectively removed,so that the organic substances in the treated waste liquid could be biochemically treated to meet the requirements of biochemical influent,and at the same time,the input amount of flour glucose in biochemical system was reduced.
