摘要
耕地适宜性评价是评估土地整治工程落地实施条件的重要一环,在适宜性较高的项目区推行土地整治工程有利于实现工程效益最大化。目前,大多数耕地适宜性评价手段具备通用性,而专业性不足。针对专业性不足的问题,提出一种面向土地整治工程的耕地适宜性评价方法,首先分析不同的土地整治工程措施对耕地条件的影响;然后结合数据现状确定评价因子、评价单元并划分适宜性等级;随后采用缓冲区分析、最邻近距离分析等空间分析方法实现单因子评价,最后通过叠置分析实现多因子综合评价,确保多角度、全方位的提供直观的分析评价结果。结果表明提出的评价方法能为土地整治工程项目的可研编制、规划编制提供有力支撑。
The evaluation of the farming suitability is an important link to evaluate the implementation conditions of land improvement projects.At present,most evaluation methods of farming suitability are universal,but lack of pertinence.In this paper,we proposed a farming suitability evaluation method for land improvement projects.Firstly,we analyzed the influences of different measures on cultivated land condition.Then,we determined the evaluation factors and evaluation units,and classified the suitability levels according to the current situations of the data.We adopted spatial analysis methods,such as buffer analysis and nearest distance analysis,to realize single factor evaluation.Finally,we realized the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation through overlay analysis to provide intuitive analysis and evaluation results from multi-perspective.The result shows that the evaluation method proposed in this paper can provide a strong support for the feasibility and planning of land improvement project.
