包被丁酸钠或蝉花多糖对乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能及血清抗氧化和免疫指标的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Coated Sodium Butyrate or Cordyceps cicadae Polysaccharide on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance and Serum Antioxidant and Immune Indexes of Squabs

摘要 本试验旨在探究包被丁酸钠或蝉花多糖对乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能及血清抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。选取1日龄乳鸽420只,随机分成7组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只。对照组(Ⅰ组)亲鸽饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ~Ⅳ组亲鸽分别在基础饲粮中添加275、550和1100 mg/kg包被丁酸钠,Ⅴ~Ⅶ组亲鸽分别在基础饲粮中添加27.5、55.0和110.0 mg/kg蝉花多糖。试验期28 d。结果表明:1)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ和Ⅶ组乳鸽末重和平均日增重(ADG)均显著提高(P<0.05)。2)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ和Ⅶ组乳鸽屠宰率显著提高(P<0.05)。3)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ和Ⅶ组乳鸽血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和总抗氧能力(T-AOC)均显著提高(P<0.05),血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。4)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组乳鸽血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅶ组乳鸽血清IgA含量显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,亲鸽饲粮中添加包被丁酸钠或蝉花多糖均能促进乳鸽生长并增强机体抗氧化和免疫能力。本试验条件下,亲鸽饲粮中添加275 mg/kg包被丁酸钠(Ⅱ组)或110.0 mg/kg蝉花多糖(Ⅶ组)效果最佳。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of coated sodium butyrate or Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide on growth performance,slaughter performance and serum antioxidant and immune indexes of squabs.A total of 420 squabs were randomly divided into 7 groups with 5 replicates per group and 12 squabs per replicate.The breeding pigeons in the control group(groupⅠ)were fed a basal diet,the breeding pigeons in groupsⅡtoⅣwere fed basal diets supplemented with 275,550 and 1100 mg/kg coated sodium butyrate,respectively,and the breeding pigeons in groupsⅤtoⅦwere fed basal diets supplemented with 27.5,55.0 and 110.0 mg/kg Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with groupⅠ,the final body weight and average daily gain(ADG)of squabs of groupsⅡandⅦwere significantly increased(P<0.05).2)Compared with groupⅠ,the dressed percentage of squabs of groupsⅡandⅦwas significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with groupⅠ,the super oxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)activities and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in serum of squabs of groupsⅡandⅦwere significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).4)Compared with groupⅠ,the contents of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in serum of squabs of groupⅡwere significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum IgA content of squabs of groupⅦwas significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding coated sodium butyrate or Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide in breeding pigeons’diet can promote the growth and enhance the antioxidant and immune capacity of squabs.Under the experimental conditions,adding 275 mg/kg coated sodium butyrate(groupⅡ)or 110.0 mg/kg Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide in breeding pigeons’diet has the best effect.
