25羟基维生素D_(3)和维生素D_(3)对荷斯坦种公牛精液品质和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:6

Effects of 25-Hydroxyvitamin D_(3) and Vitamin D_(3) on Semen Quality and Serum Biochemical Indices of Holstein Bulls

摘要 本试验旨在对比研究25羟基维生素D_(3)和维生素D_(3)对荷斯坦种公牛精液品质、激素分泌、钙磷代谢和抗氧化功能的影响。本试验采用单因素随机区组试验设计,将16头24~36月龄荷斯坦种公牛随机分成2个处理:1)饲粮添加维生素D_(3)(300 IU/kg);2)饲粮添加25羟基维生素D_(3)(300 IU/kg),进行为期60 d的饲养试验。在试验期第60天时采集精液和血液样本。结果表明:与添加维生素D_(3)相比,1)种公牛饲粮中添加25羟基维生素D_(3)可显著增加精子活力、膜完整性及精浆还原型谷胱甘肽和钙含量(P<0.05),有提高精子密度的趋势(P=0.07);2)饲粮中添加25羟基维生素D_(3)显著增加血清钙含量(P<0.05),极显著增加磷、25羟基维生素D_(3)和1,25二羟基维生素D_(3)含量(P<0.01);3)饲粮中添加25羟基维生素D_(3)可以显著提高血清雌二醇、睾酮的含量(P<0.05),显著降低皮质醇含量(P<0.05);4)饲粮中添加25羟基维生素D_(3)可显著提高血清中还原型谷胱甘肽含量和过氧化氢酶活性(P<0.05),显著降低丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加25羟基维生素D_(3)可提高种公牛精液品质、抗氧化能力及血清中钙、25羟基维生素D_(3)、激素含量,改善种公牛精液质量,有效调节钙磷代谢。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3)[25(OH)VD_(3)]and vitamin D_(3) on semen quality,hormone secretion,calcium and phosphorus metabolism and antioxidant capacity of Holstein bulls.Single factor randomized block design was applied in this experiment.Sixteen Holstein bulls aged 24 to 36 months were randomly assigned to two groups.The animals in the control group were fed the diet with vitamin D_(3)(300 IU/kg);the animals in the experimental group were fed the diet with 25(OH)VD_(3)(300 IU/kg).A feeding experiment was conducted for 60 days.Semen and blood samples were collected at d 60 of the trial period.The results showed as follows:compared with adding vitamin D_(3),1)bulls fed 25(OH)VD_(3) had greater sperm motility and membrane integrity rate(P<0.05),there was a tendency to increase sperm density(P=0.07);2)feeding 25(OH)VD_(3) significantly increased serum calcium(P<0.05),total phosphorus(P<0.01),25(OH)VD_(3)(P<0.01),1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D_(3)(P<0.01)contents;3)feeding 25(OH)VD_(3) significantly improved contents of estradiol and testosterone(P<0.05)and signigicantly decreased cortisol content in serum(P<0.05);4)dietary 25(OH)VD_(3) significantly increased serum glutathione content and catalase activity(P<0.05),and signigicantly decreased serum malonaldehyde content(P<0.05).In summary,the present study suggest that feeding 25(OH)VD_(3) improve quality and antioxidant capacity of semen,serum calcium,25(OH)VD_(3) and hormone contets in bulls.Feeding 25(OH)VD_(3) is a promising agent to improve semen quality and the regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism.
