摘要
本试验旨在研究投喂频率对黄颡鱼幼鱼生长性能、化学成分、消化酶活性和氨基酸组成的影响。选用720尾体重为(2.0±0.1)g的健康黄颡鱼幼鱼,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复60尾鱼。3个试验组的投喂频率分别为1(F1组)、2(F2组)、3次/d(F3组)。试验期为8周。结果表明:1)F1组的成活率和增重率显著低于F2和F3组(P<0.05),饲料系数显著高于F2和F3组(P<0.05)。2)F2组的全鱼水分含量显著低于F1组(P<0.05),F1组的全鱼粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量显著低于F2和F3组(P<0.05)。3)F1组的胃和肠道胰蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性均显著高于F2和F3组(P<0.05)。4)F2和F3组的肌肉总氨基酸、天门冬氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸和谷氨酸含量显著高于F1组(P<0.05),肌肉精氨酸含量显著低于F1组(P<0.05)。F2组的肌肉缬氨酸含量显著高于F1和F3组(P<0.05)。F2组的肌肉亮氨酸和异亮氨酸含量显著高于F1组(P<0.05)。F3组的肌肉脯氨酸含量显著高于F1组(P<0.05)。由此可见,从促进黄颡鱼幼鱼生长、提高饲料利用率和鱼肉品质的角度考虑,黄颡鱼幼鱼的适宜投喂频率为2次/d。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of feeding frequency on growth performance,chemical composition,digestive enzyme activities and amino acid composition of juvenile Pelteobagrus fulvidraco.A total of 720 healthy juvenile Pelteobagrus fulvidraco with initial body weight of(2.0±0.1)g were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 60 fish per replicate.The feeding frequencies in three experimental groups were 1(F1 group),2(F2 group)and 3 times per day(F3 group),respectively.The experiment lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)the survival rate and weight gain rate in F1 group were significantly lower than those in F2 and F3 groups(P<0.05),and the feed conversion ratio was significantly higher than that in F2 and F3 groups(P<0.05).2)The whole body moisture content in F2 group was significantly lower than that in F1 group(P<0.05),and the contents of crude protein and ether extract in whole body in F1 group were significantly lower than those in F2 and F3 groups(P<0.05).3)The activities of trypsin,α-amylase and lipase in stomach and intestine in F1 group were significantly higher than those in F2 and F3 groups(P<0.05).4)The contents of total amino acids,aspartic acid,threonine,lysine,histidine and glutamate in muscle in F2 and F3 groups were significantly higher than those in F1 group(P<0.05),and the muscle arginine content was significantly lower than that in F1 group(P<0.05).The muscle valine content in F2 group was significantly higher than that in F1 and F3 groups(P<0.05).The contents of leucine and isoleucine in muscle in F2 group were significantly higher than those in F1 group(P<0.05).The muscle proline content in F3 group was significantly higher than that in F1 group(P<0.05).In conclusion,according to promote the growth,improve feed utilization and meat quality of juvenile Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,the appropriate feeding frequency for juvenile Pelteobagrus fulvidraco is 2 times per day.
