美国高校心理健康教育特点及启示--以6所美国一流大学为例

Characteristics and Enlightenment of Mental Health Education in American Universities--Taking Six Top US Universities As an Example

通过实地参访、文献查阅等方法对美国6所一流高校进行调研发现,美国一流高校心理健康教育特色鲜明,主要表现为:心理健康教育工作和管理机制联动化;心理健康教育队伍高度职业化和专业化;心理健康教育形式多样化;心理危机干预机构独立化和心理危机预警体系化。发展中国高校心理健康教育工作,应立足国情,坚持中国高校心理健康教育特色,学习借鉴美国一流大学心理健康教育经验,树立大心理健康教育观,加强队伍建设,完善行业标准,创新工作方法,构建心理危机干预体系。

This study investigates the six top universities in the United States by visiting and literature reviews.It is found that the characteristics of mental health education of the top universities are distinct and useful:Different departments of mental health education cooperate well;Counseling staff is highly professional.Mental health counseling is diversified,and crisis services are specialized and systematic.For the development of mental health education in universities in China,we should proceed with basic national conditions in China and keep our advantages,and learn the experience of mental health education from top universities in the United States.
