高校辅导员管理与德育融合模式探索 --基于“三全育人”理念的思考

“三全育人”理念不断要求高校构建“全员参与,全程关注,全面守护”的育人体系。“三全育人”理念下高校辅导员作为育人主体,将其教育管理与德育融合有利于构成系统性的全员育人体系,形成强有力的全程育人机制,建立全方位的协同育人平台。并通过构建“多主体作用客体”的高校辅导员管理与德育融合引导体系,建立“整体性全过程”的高校辅导员管理与德育融合管理机制,形成“全方位协同联动”的高校辅导员管理与德育融合模式提升高校育人效率。
