思政与技能双轨融合的高职模块化实践培养方案研究——以软件技术专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 文章以软件技术专业为例,阐述了深化产教融合、校企共建课程思政和岗位技能相互融合的模块化高职人才实践培养方案。课程思政和岗位技能两条轨道根据内容特点进行并行或融合,据工作岗位制订校外企业实训基地结构化实习带教手册,以模块化方式明确制订实习工作的目标、步骤、内容、要求等细则,使得学生、企业老师和学校老师的工作和考核能够做到过程可控、结果可测。 Taking software technology major as an example,this paper expounds the modular higher vocational talents practice training scheme of deepening the integration of industry and education and combining ideological and political education with skill education.Parallel or fusion implementation methods is adopted according to the contents.The structured practice teaching manual of off campus enterprise training base is formulated according to the job position,as well as the detailed rules such as objectives,steps,contents and requirements of internship.The modularized scheme makes the work and assessment of students,enterprise teachers and school teachers controllable and measurable.
