高职院校闲暇教育融入职业素养培育的路径研究——以高职公共英语教学为例

高职院校的办学目的是培养具备良好专业能力、职业素养的应用型高技能人才。闲暇教育能够为高职院校职业素养培育带来活力,使学校的管理和教育教学模式得到良好的发展。以高职公共英语教学为例,闲暇教育融入职业素养的路径探索,是公共英语教学革新的必然选择和高职院校构建终身职业素养教育体系的有益尝试,同时也是树立师生科学闲暇价值观和终身学习理念的必经过程。

The purpose of running higher vocational colleges is to cultivate social applied talents with good professional ability and quality.The way of leisure education can bring vitality to the cultivation of professional quality in higher vocational colleges,and better develop the school management and education model.Taking vocational college English teaching as an example,the exploration of integrating leisure education into professional quality is the inevitable choice of public English teaching innovation,but also a beneficial practice to build a lifelong professional quality education system in higher vocational colleges,as well as a necessary process to establish teachers and students’ scientific leisure values and lifelong learning ideas.
