“十三五”期间,农村生态环境治理取得丰硕成果,但与全面推进乡村振兴,共建美丽乡村的宏伟蓝图仍有一定距离。“十四五”期间,面对农村生活污水治理、农村生活垃圾污染治理、农村农业污染治理及农村工业污染治理等多方面问题,归结于资金保障不足、规划能力较欠缺及技术不完善等方面原因,可通过细化资金保障来源、科学匡算投入、科学帮扶、搭建技术共享平台、健全“绿水青山”向“金山银山”的转化通道及加大宣传力度等方式,为“十四五”的顺利实施保驾护航。

The rural ecological environment governance has achieved fruitful results during the 13th Five Year Plan period,but there is still a certain distance in the face of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and building a beautiful countryside.During the“14th five year plan”period,in the face of many problems,such as rural domestic sewage treatment,rural domestic waste pollution treatment,rural agricultural pollution treatment and rural industrial pollution treatment,the root of these problems lies in the lack of financial support,busy with assessment,lack of planning ability and lack of technology In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the“fourteenth five year plan”,we should invest in learning budget,help scientifically,build technology sharing platform,improve the transformation channel from“green water and green mountains”to“golden mountains and silver mountains”and increase publicity.
