生态文明背景下深圳市公众饮用水源保护科学素养调查与研究

Science research on the protection of drinking water sources for citizens in Shenzhen

生态文明建设事关中华民族永续发展,是建设美丽中国的必然要求。科学素养是公众生态文明素质和社会生态文明水平的重要体现,提升公众的科学素养是新时代我国生态文明建设的形势使然。饮水安全关系到人民群众的身心健康和生活质量,保障饮用水源安全既是我国生态文明建设的重要一环,也是落实“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念的重要体现。以“深圳市公众饮用水源保护科学素养调查和研究”为基础,重点从公众对饮用水源保护知识的科普现状角度,调查与分析了公众关于饮用水源及其水质、饮用水源保护区的认知程度。研究发现,深圳市公民对饮用水源保护知识普及率较高但存在不足之处。鉴于此,本研究就如何加强饮用水源保护意识和行动提出3点建议,为加强公众饮用水安全保护重要性的认识,营造全民保护饮用水源的良好氛围,提升公众生态环境科学素养提供坚实基础。

The construction of ecological civilization is related to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation and is an inevitable requirement for building a beautiful China.Scientific literacy is a significant manifestation of the public s ecological civilization quality and the level of social ecological civilization.Improving the public s scientific literacy is the result of the situation of China s ecological civilization construction in the new era.The safety of drinking water source is directly related to the physical and mental health of the people and their quality of life and ensuring the safety of drinking water sources is not only an important part of ecological and environmental protection and ecological civilization construction in China,but also an important embodiment of the conviction that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.The research is based on the“Investigation and Research on Scientific Literacy of Public Drinking Water Source Protection in Shenzhen”,focusing on the current situation of public popularization of drinking water source protection knowledge,investigating and analyzing the awareness of citizens on drinking water sources,water quality,and drinking water resource protection areas.The research found that Shenzhen citizens have a high penetration rate of drinking water source protection knowledge,but there are some deficiencies.In view of this,this study puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen the awareness and action consciousness of drinking water source protection,so as to improve the public s awareness of the importance of drinking water safety protection,create a good atmosphere for the protection of drinking water source,and provides a solid foundation for enhancing the ecological environment science literacy of citizens in Shenzhen.
