ZAB 6×36WS+HDPESX-46 mm高强度特殊绳芯载人索道用钢丝绳具有破断拉力高,抗挤压性能好,绳径通条均匀性好,延伸率低等特点。设计了钢丝绳生产工艺及其制造方法,成品钢丝绳最小破断拉力为1555 kN,超过用户要求的1527 kN,各项指标均超过GB 26722—2011《索道用钢丝绳》和设计要求。

ZAB 6×36WS+HDPESX-46 mm wire rope for high strength special rope core manned ropeway has characteristics of high breaking force,good extrusion resistance,good uniformity of rope diameter and strip,and low elongation.The production technology and manufacturing method of wire rope are designed.The minimum breaking force of finished wire rope is 1555 kN,exceeding the user’s requirement of 1527 kN,and all indexes exceed standard and design requirements of GB 26722—2011 steel wire ropes for ropeway.
