摘要
为提升高品质汽车座椅骨架用钢丝品质,对生产工艺进行了重新设计和验证。根据历史数据回归确定了硬化系数与碳含量和总压缩率之间的函数,并计算出投料直径。分析了传统工艺流程存在的问题,设计了结合机械除鳞、电解磷化、在线清洗涂油和无拉拔倒立式收线等技术的新工艺,生产的钢丝成品各项性能符合技术要求,且具有磷化膜更均匀、表面更清洁和钢丝平整度稳定性好等优点。
Production process flow has been designed and validated to improve quality of steel wire for car seat framework.Through establishing the regression model of carbon content and total reduction ratio,the diameter of semi-product has been calculated.The problems of conventional process have been analyzed,and the new process flow has been designed by applying new technology of mechanical descaling,electrolytic phosphating,on-line cleaning and oiling,down coiling and so on.All test results of final product meet the technical requirements,especially,which have the better properties of phosphating film,clean surface,stable flatness and so on.
