连云港低碳社区的发展现状调查与建设路径探索--基于PPP治理视角

Investigation on the development status and construction path of Lianyungang low carbon community——From the perspective of PPP governance

低碳社区建设是我国城市化进程的必由之路,也是构建和谐城市的现实要求,运用PPP模式进行低碳社区建设已是大势所趋。文章通过调查分析连云港低碳社区的发展现状,从多个层面深刻剖析了运用PPP模式建设低碳社区的必要性与可行性,进而探索连云港低碳社区PPP模式的组织架构,最后提出相应的政策建议。

The construction of low-carbon community is the only way in the process of urbanization in China,and it is also the realistic requirement of building a harmonious city.The use of PPP model to govern the construction of low-carbon community is the general trend.Through the investigation and analysis of the development status of Lianyungang low-carbon community,this paper deeply analyzes the necessity and feasibility of using PPP mode to build low-carbon community from multiple levels,and then explores the organizational structure of Lianyungang low-carbon community PPP mode,and finally puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions.
