摘要
随着我国新发展格局的推进和经济转型的深入,市场竞争日益激烈,央企的发展优势逐渐淡化。如果想要更好地应对挑战,企业战略需要不断调整。财务管控在企业战略中是不可分割的一部分,加强财务管控的优化可以为企业带来良好的经济效益,因此财务工作的加速转型是一项基本任务。目前国家电网积极调整企业战略,将财务共享模式应用于企业的财务工作中,加强了优化财务管控的力度。文章以国家电网为研究案例,积极研究财务共享模式在国家电网中的实际应用,并为提高财务管控优化力度和财务信息化水平提出相关建议。
With the promotion of new development pattern and in-depth promotion of economic transformation, market competition is becoming moer and more serious, and the development advantages of central enterprises are gradually weakening.If the enterprise wants to meet the challenges better, its strategy needs to be constantly adjusted.Financial control is an integral part of enterprise strategy.Strengthening the optimization of financial control can bring good economic benefits for enterprises.Therefore, accelerating the transformation of financial work is a basic task.At present, the State Grid has applied the financial sharing mode and strengthened efforts to optimize financial control.Taking the State Grid as a case study, this paper actively studies the practical application of financial sharing mode in the State Grid, puts forward relevant suggestions for the better transformation of financial management and control of central enterprises, and helps to improve the level of financial management and control and information level of the company.
