面对市场的竞争压力以及企业自身的发展需要,越来越多的企业开始建设财务共享服务中心,财务共享平台成为企业提高内部财务管理水平的新形式。风险管理是企业运营的关键之一,财务共享平台的实施过程中会产生诸多风险,影响企业的良好运转。文章以X公司为例,探究企业财务共享服务中心可能存在的一些风险,并提出相应的解决措施,为其他企业提供借鉴。

Facing the pressure of competition from the market and the development needs of enterprises themselves,more and more enterprises have begun to build financial sharing centers,and financial sharing platforms have become a new way for enterprises to improve their internal financial management.Risk management is one of the keys to the operation of an enterprise.During the implementation of the financial sharing platform,many risks will arise,which will affect the sound operation of the enterprise.This article takes X company as an example to explore some possible risks in the corporate financial shared service center,and propose corresponding solutions to provide reference for other companies.
