杜邦分析视角下房地产企业盈利能力分析--以S公司为例

Research on the profitability of real estate enterprises from the DuPont analysis——Take S company as an example

房地产企业的持续平稳发展与长期可靠的盈利能力密不可分,文章选择以S公司为研究对象,采用杜邦分析模型对企业2015~2020年主要财务指标进行分析,并与同行业T公司同时期数据进行比较,根据财务分析的结果对房地产企业的财务状况和经营现状提出普遍性问题和建议,以促进房地产行业的长效发展,推动我国国民经济稳步前进。

The continuous and stable development of real estate enterprises is inseparable from long-term reliable profitability.This paper takes S company as the research object,mainly uses DuPont analysis model to analyze the main financial indicators of the enterprise from 2015 to 2020,and compares with the same period data of T company in the same industry.According to the results of financial analysis,this paper puts forward problems and suggestions on the financial situation and operation status of the enterprise,so as to promote the long-term development of the real estate industry and promote the steady progress of the national economy.
