摘要
首先,通过对地方法人信用再担保和保险企业的调研,文章认为可以考虑运用股权投资和资产管理的手段,进一步提升企业的收益率。其次,通过对金融投资产品进行分类讨论,文章认为收益率高于企业主营业务利润率的资产是可以利用的金融工具。再次,文章构建了具体的资产配置和管理体系,提出要打造稳健和数字化的资产管理核心能力,而这也正是资管品牌的特色所在。最后,文章提出相关路径和机制建设的建议。
Firstly,through the investigation of local credit re-guarantee enterprise and insurance enterprise,we believe that one can consider using the means of equity investment and asset management to further improve the enterprise's income rate.Then,we discuss the classification of financial investment products,in which the assets with a yield higher than the profit margin of the enterprise's main business are the financial instruments we can use.Next,we build a specific asset allocation and management system.We propose to build the core competence of stable and digital asset management,which is the characteristic of asset management brand.Finally,we put forward some suggestions on the construction of relevant paths and mechanisms.
