关于优化肇庆地区农村金融生态环境的研究

Research on optimizing rural financial ecological environment in Zhaoqing area

近年来,肇庆市大力推动乡村振兴战略的实施。在充分利用独特自然禀赋的基础上,优化农村金融生态、增强金融服务农村实体经济的能力显得尤为重要。肇庆的农村金融体系建设在取得成绩的同时也存在如普惠金融基础设施成本与收益不对称、金融管理经验缺乏、管理资金与社会资本紧缺等问题。因而肇庆地区需要从完善金融机构治理机制、提升基层群众金融意识和信用观念、做好农村金融发展的风险管控等方面进行规范和改善。

In recent years,Zhaoqing vigorously promotes the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.On the basis of making full use of its unique natural endowments,it is particularly important to optimize the rural financial ecology and enhance the ability of financial services to rural real economy.While Zhaoqing's rural financial system has achieved results,there are also some development problems,such as the asymmetry of inclusive financial infrastructure costs and benefits;financial management experience is lacking;management funds and social capital are in short supply,etc.In Zhaoqing,it is necessary to enrich the inclusive financial services,enhance the financial awareness and credit concept of the grassroots people,and regulate the risk management and control of rural financial development.
