摘要
文章从三个方面提出了人力资本对产业升级的影响,并给出了对标产业转型升级要求大力发展职业教育、完善薪酬分配机制激发劳动者主体性、合理规划经济剩余兼顾两类资本投资需求、优化专门人才配置格局助推产业技术创新等四个策略。
This paper puts forward the influence of human capital on industrial upgrading from three aspects,and puts forward four strategies:vigorously developing vocational education for the transformation and upgrading of standard industries,improving the salary distribution mechanism to stimulate the subjectivity of workers,reasonably planning the economic surplus,taking into account the two types of capital investment needs,optimizing the allocation pattern of specialized talents and boosting industrial technology innovation.
