聚焦业务的企业培训管理探索与实践

摘要 VUCA时代,企业面临前所未有的变化与挑战,新的技术和商业模式随时可能会瞬间颠覆一个行业。企业之间的竞争,归根结底体现为人才的竞争。企业对人才的开发和培养,被上升到前所未有的战略高度。培训管理是人才开发和培养的重要手段,如何让培训工作聚焦战略推动业务发展,成为每个培训管理者必须面对的课题。文章对企业培训管理现状进行分析,梳理培训工作面临的一系列挑战,提出了一套聚焦业务的培训管理模式,并结合企业培训管理实践,给出实际运用中的经验和建议。 In the era of VUCA(volatility,uncertainty,complexity,ambiguity),enterprises are faced with unprecedented changes and challenges.New technologies and business models may instantly disrupt an industry at any time.The competition among enterprises,in the final analysis,reflects the competition for talents.Enterprises to the development and training of talents,has been raised to an unprecedented strategic height.Training management as an important means of talent development and training,how to make the training work focus on strategy to promote business development,has become a topic that every training manager must face.This paper focuses on the analysis of the status quo of enterprise training management,combing a series of challenges faced by the training work,putting forward a set of business-focused training management mode,and combining with the practice of enterprise training management,giving experience and suggestions in the actual application process.
