摘要
为了探究孔径对吸附分离性能的影响,以不同孔径的SBA-15为载体、AgNO_(3)为银源,制备了络合吸附剂,研究其用于乙烯/乙烷分离的性能和吸附动力学,并对其结构进行了表征。结果表明:加入扩孔剂后,介孔材料的孔径由6.45nm增大到7.86nm,0.72MPa下扩孔后的吸附剂对乙烯的选择性提高81.8%;乙烯在络合吸附剂上属于拟二级动力学,乙烷符合Elovich's equation动力学模型,扩孔提高了吸附剂的脱附常数,有利于脱附。本研究为此吸附剂的PSA分离工业应用提供了数据参考。
New adsorbents for ethylene/ethane separation were synthesized by effective dispersion of Ag^(+) cations on SBA-15 with different pore sizes utilizing incipient wetness impregnation method,and the performance in ethylene/ethane separation,kinetics and thermodynamics of adsorption was explored.XRD、SEM、TEM、BET were applied to characterize the parameters of materials.The results show that with the pore sizes expanded from 6.45nm to 7.86nm,the adsorption selectivity for ethylene/ethane increased by 81.8%at 0.72MPa;ethylene adsorption on these adsorbents belongs on the pseudo second order kinetics model,ethane complys Elovich's equation kinetic model,the desorption parameters were increased after swelling,which is helpful to desorption.The research providing data reference for this adsorbent in PSA industrial application.
