X荧光钙铁分析仪检测石灰石粉氧化钙含量校准曲线的研究

Study on Calibration Curve of Calcium Oxide Content in Limestone Powder Detected by X-ray Fluorescence Calcium Iron Analyzer

阐述了石灰石粉质量控制样品的研制方法,通过样品的选取、制备、均匀性检验、化学分析定值和实验室间比对,研制出用于本公司石灰石粉分析的质量控制样品,采用该系列样品在X荧光钙铁分析仪上自建校准曲线进行检测,经准确性、稳定性试验,结果表明该曲线能满足日常检测分析需求。

This paper discussed the development method of limestone powder quality control sample Through sample selection,preparation,uniformity experiment,chemical analysis setting value and inter laboratory comparison,the quality control samples for limestone powder analysis of our company were developed,The series of samples were tested by self built calibration curve on X-ray fluorescence calcium iron analyzer.The results of accuracy and stability tests show that the curve can meet the needs of daily detection and analysis.
