烷基糖苷中残余葡萄糖含量测定方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 以可再生资源为原料合成的烷基糖苷因其高效无毒、绿色天然的优良特性被日化行业广泛应用。然而烷基糖苷产品中残余葡萄糖的存在会对产品质量产生重大影响,但目前制定的烷基糖苷国家标准中并未涉及残糖分析这一内容。本文将食品中还原糖直接滴定法和碘量法两种方法引入烷基糖苷样品的残糖测定中,通过相同烷基糖苷样品考察了两种检测方法的精密度及准确度,并对还原糖直接滴定法在烷基糖苷体系中的测定条件进行了探讨。发现碘量法因其操作步骤复杂、耗时长且回收率差,并不适用于烷基糖苷样品中残糖含量的测定,而食品中还原糖直接滴定法则因成本低廉、操作简便和易控制操作过程对结果准确性的影响,更适用于烷基糖苷样品中残余葡萄糖含量的测定。 Alkyl glycosides synthesized from renewable resources are widely used in the daily chemical industry due to their high efficiency,non-toxic,green and natural characteristics,whereas the presence of residual glucose in alkyl glycoside products will have a significant impact on product quality.However,the current national standard for alkyl glycosides does not involve the content of residual sugar analysis.In this paper,the direct titration of reducing sugars in food and iodometry were used to determine the residual glucose content in.alkyl glycoside samples,the precision and accuracy of the two detection methods were investigated through the same alkyl glycoside sample.And the determination conditions of the direct titration method in the alkyl glycoside system were discussed.And it was found that the iodometric method was not suitable for the determination of residual sugar content in alkyl glycoside samples because of its complicated operation,procedure,which resulted in poor recovery rate and long time consuming.However,the direct titration method of reducing sugar in food has low cost,simple operation and easy to control the influence of the operation process on the accuracy of results.So,it is more suitable for the determination of residual glucose content in alkyl glycoside samples.
