摘要 目的:探讨血脂、骨密度在健康体检人群中的水平变化及其相关性.方法:回顾性选取2019年4月至2021年4月于我院进行体检的150例健康体检者的临床资料作为研究对象,根据性别将其分为男性组(84例)、女性组(66例).统计并比较两组研究对象基线指标、生化指标;比较两组研究对象BMD水平与血脂水平的相关性.结果:男性组研究对象身高、SBP、DBP水平高于女性组,体重重于女性组,BMI大于女性组(P<0.05),两组间年龄比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性组研究对象血清TG、Cr、ALT水平高于女性组,血清HDL-C水平低于女性组(P<0.05),两组间血清TC、LDL-C、AST水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性组研究对象TF BMD、NF BMD高于女性组,两组LT BMD水平对比无显著差异(P>0.05);男性组LT BMD与血清LDL-C水平呈负相关(r=-0.116,P<0.05),TF BMD与血清TG、LDL-C水平呈负相关(r=-0.174,-0.185,P<0.05),NF BMD与血清TG、LDL-C水平呈负相关(r=-0.141,-0.162,P<0.05).结论:与同龄女性相比,男性血清TG、LDL-C水平越高,其BMD水平越低,进而骨质疏松越严重,发生骨折的风险越高,其中LT BMD与血清LDL-C水平呈负相关,TF、NF BMD与血清TG、LDL-C水平呈负相关,临床上通过检测血脂水平的变化,可有效评估男性的BMD水平,进而辅助制定有效的骨质疏松防治措施. Objective:To investigate the changes and correlation of blood lipid and bone mineral density in healthy people.Methods:The clinical data of 150 healthy persons who underwent physical examination in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were retrospectively selected as the research object.They were divided into male group(84 cases)and female group(66 cases)according to gender.The baseline indexes and biochemical indexes of the two groups were counted and compared.The correlation between BMD level and blood lipid level was compared between the two groups.Results:The height,SBP and DBP levels of the male group were higher than those of the female group,the weight was heavier than that of the female group,and the BMI was higher than that of the female group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in age between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of serum TG,Cr and ALT in male group were higher than those in female group,and the level of serum HDL-C was lower than that in female group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of serum TC,LDL-C and AST between the two groups(P>0.05).TF BMD and NF BMD in male group were higher than those in female group,and there was no significant difference in LT BMD between the two groups(P>0.05).In male group,lt BMD was negatively correlated with serum LDL-C levels(r=-0.116,P<0.05),TF BMD was negatively correlated with serum TG and lDl-C levels(r=-0.174,-0.185,P<0.05),NF BMD was negatively correlated with serum TG and LDL-C levels(r=-0.141,-0.162,P<0.05).Con clusi on:Compared with women of the same age,the higher the serum TG and LDL-C levels,the lower the BMD level,the more serious osteoporosis and the higher the risk of fracture.LT BMD is negatively correlated with serum LDL-C levels,TF and NF BMD are negatively correlated with serum TG and LDL-C levels.Clinically,the BMD level of men can be effectively evaluated by detecting the changes of blood lipid levels,So as to assist in the formulation of effective prevention and treatment measures of osteoporosis.
