妇炎灵胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的疗效

The curative effect of Fuyanling Jiaonang combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules in the treatment of colpomycosis

目的:探析妇炎灵胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的疗效.方法:选取河南省固始县人民医院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的100例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),对照组采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合妇炎灵胶囊治疗;于治疗7d结束时,比较两组患者治疗效果、阴道霉菌转阴率和复发率,治疗前及治疗7d结束时的炎症因子[血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)]水平、氧化应激产物[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素(ET)-1]、生活质量及不良情绪[健康状态调查问卷(SF-36)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)].结果:治疗7d,观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组霉菌转阴率高于对照组(P>0.05),复发率低于对照组(P>0.05);治疗7d,两组CRP、IL-8、TNF-α较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组MDA和ET-1较治疗前低,SOD和NO较治疗前高,且观察组MDA和ET-1低于对照组,SOD和NO高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗7d,两组SF-36较治疗前高,SAS、SDS低于治疗前,且观察组SF-36较对照组高,SAS、SDS低于对照组.结论:妇炎灵胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的疗效显著,可降低患者炎性因子,改善氧化应激产物指标,提高生活质量,减轻患者不良情绪,改善患者临床症状.

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Fuyanling Jiaonang combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules in the treatment of colpomycosis.Methods:100 cases of patients with colpomycosis treated in Gushi County People's Hospital of Henan Province from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,the random number table method was used to divide them into a control group(50 cases)and an observation group(50 cases),the control group was treated with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules,and the observation group was treated with Fuyanling Jiaonang on the basis of the control group;at the end of 7 days of treatment,the therapeutic effect,negative conversion rate and recurrence rate of vaginal mold,the levels of inflammatory factors[serum C-reactive protein(CRP),serum interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-a)],oxidative stress products[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO),plasma endothelin(ET)-1],quality of life and adverse emotions[health status questionnaire(SF-36),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS)]before and at the end of 7 days of treatment of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After 7 days of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the negative rate of mold in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P>0.05),the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05);after 7 days of treatment,CRP,IL-8 and TNF-a in both groups were decreased than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).MDA and ET-1 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,SOD and NO were higher than those before treatment,and MDA and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,SOD and NO were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after 7 days of treatment,SF-36 in both groups was higher than that before treatment,SAS and SDS were lower than those before treatment,and SF-36 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,SAS and SDS were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:The combination of Fuyanling Jiaonang and Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules has significant efficacy in the treatment of fungal vaginitis,which can reduce inflammatory factors,improve indicators of oxidative stress products and improve quality of life,reduce the bad mood of patients and improve their clinical symptoms.The combination of Fuyanling Jiaonang and Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules can reduce the inflammatory response of patients with colpomycosis,improve the indexes of oxidative stress products and improve the therapeutic effect.
