血栓通胶囊对老年冠心病心绞痛血脂水平影响及疗效观察

Effect of Xueshuantong Capsule on Blood Lipid Level of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris and Its Curative Effect Observation

目的:研究血栓通胶囊治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法:在2019年1月~2020年1月间收治的老年冠心病心绞痛患者中抽取88例进行研究,按照计算机分组法分成对照组、实验组,对照组实施常规治疗,在此基础上实验组加用血栓通胶囊,比较治疗结果.结果:治疗前两组患者血脂、心绞痛发作持续时间、血液流变学指标、生活质量评分、心功能指标比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后实验组患者血脂、心绞痛发作持续时间、血液流变学指标、生活质量评分、心功能指标改善优于对照组,相对比,实验组改善更加(P<0.05);实验组患者症状积分低于对照组,且治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:血栓通胶囊治疗老年冠心病心绞痛有着疗效确切、血脂指标改善较佳的优势,具有推广、应用价值.

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Xueshuantong Capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in the elderly.Methods:A total of 88 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted between January 2019 and January 2020 were selected for research.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the computer grouping method.The control group received conventional treatment,and on this basis,the experimental group Plus Xueshuantong capsules to compare the treatment results.Results:Before treatment,there was no difference in blood lipids,duration of angina pectoris,hemorheology indexes,quality of life scores,and cardiac function indexes between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The improvement of the above indexes in the experimental group was better than the control group.Compared with that,the experimental group improved even more(P<0.05);the symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xueshuantong Capsule has the advantages of definite curative effect and better improvement of blood lipid index in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease angina pectoris,and has the value of promotion and application.
