摘要
介绍了以锰铁合金的高温液态渣为主要原料,铝矾土和长石为添加剂,经高温炉熔化、成型、退火后制得锰铁渣微晶玻璃。利用光学显微镜、莫式硬度计等测试方法,研究了不同晶化温度对显微结构、样品颜色及其性能的影响。实验结果表明:晶化温度的升高对晶相的形态无影响,均为由花瓣状、针状、枝状等交叉存在,随着晶化温度的升高,晶粒逐渐增大,气孔先减小后增多,抗折强度先增加后减小,样品经抛光后颜色由浅黄绿色-黄绿色-黄色过度。
The paper introduces the preparation of ferromanganese slag glass ceramics with high temperature liquid ferromanganese slag as the main raw material and both bauxite and feldspar as the additives though melting, forming and annealing in high temperature furnace.The effects of different crystallite formation temperature on microstructure, color and properties of samples are studied by optical microscope and Mohr hardness tester.The results show that the increase of crystallite formation temperature has no effect on the morphology of crystal phase, which is intersected with petal, needle and branch. With the increase of crystallite formation temperature, the crystal grain gradually increases, the gas hole first decreases and then increases, the break-off strength first increases and then decreases, and the color of the sample after polishing changes from light yellow-green to yellow-green to yellow.
