摘要
介绍了针对带式过滤机在攀枝花钒厂水浸提钒中的应用和制备高浓度钒液的需要,对过滤机运行物料量、料浆回过滤机位置、洗布水水源、滤饼洗涤强度进行了改进。结果表明:1台过滤机运行2座焙烧炉的物料、所有浆料进入过滤机第一段、滤液作为洗布水、滤饼洗涤8次,浸出钒液的钒浓度约45 g/L、残渣水溶性钒含量约0.19%、滤布使用寿命为约2月,满足了生产要求。
In view of the application of belt filter on the recovery of vanadium in water leaching in Panzhihua Vanadium Plant and the needs of preparation on high concentration vanadium solution, the operation material quantity of the filter, the position of the slurry return to filter, the water source of cloth washing and the washing strength of filtering cake are improved. The results show that when one filter runs with two roasting furnaces’ materials, all slurry enter the first stage of the filter, the filtrate is used as cloth washing water and the filtering cake is washed for 8 times, the vanadium concentration of the vanadium leaching solution is about 45 g/L, the water-soluble vanadium content of the residue is about 0.19% and the service life of the filter cloth is about 2 months. It meets the production requirements.
