摘要 介绍了研究应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定金属铬中的铅、锡、铋、锑和砷元素的分析方法。样品采用稀硫酸分解,通过内标校正和基体匹配,消除了基体干扰的影响。同时考察了测量时存在的质谱干扰情况及可能的消除方法。该方法所得的结果与参考值完全一致,各元素的相对标准偏差<5%,加标回收率为95.2%~105%,表明本方法具有很好的精密度和准确度,能够满足日常检测的需要。 An analytical method for the determination of Pb, Sn, Bi, Sb and As in metallic chromium by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was introduced. The sample was decomposed by dilute sulfuric acid, and the matrix interference was eliminated by internal standard correction and matrix matching. At the same time, the mass spectrum interference in the measurement and the possible elimination methods were investigated. The result obtained by the method is completely consistent with the reference values. The relative standard deviation of each element is less than 5%, and the recovery rate is 95.2%~105%. It shows that the method has good precision and accuracy, and can meet the needs of daily detection.
