摘要 随着广西内河航运事业的发展,近年来广西区内船闸增建扩建工程陆续展开。为寻求增建船闸施工导流的最优方案,理解设计单位制定增建船闸导流标准背后的隐含逻辑,笔者以长洲水利枢纽三线四线船闸下游引航道施工导流为例,通过引入风险度的概念,综合考虑施工导流涉及的工期、围堰施工费用和施工难度的因素,并将上述因素费用化为统一的比较尺度,采用最小费用法比选施工导流方案。经分析对比,得出设计单位根据水运、水利行业规范并结合原长洲水利枢纽水工建筑物级别选定的长洲水利枢纽三线四线船闸下游引航道施工导流标准(P=5%)是最优方案。 With the development of inland navigation in Guangxi the addition and expansion projects of locks inGuangxi have been carried out in recent years.In order to seek the optimal scheme for the construction diversionof the additional lock and understand the implicit logic behind the design unit to formulate the additional lockdiversion standard the author takes the construction diversion of the downstream approach channel of the third-line and fourth-line lock of Changzhou Hydro Project as an example introduces the concept of risk degree comprehensively considers the construction period cofferdam construction cost and construction difficulty factorsinvolved in the construction diversion and converts the cost of the above factors into a unified comparison scale and uses the minimum cost method to compare and select the construction diversion scheme.Through analysis andcomparison it is concluded that the construction diversion standard P=5% of the downstream approach channelof the third-line and fourth-line lock of Changzhou Hydro Project selected by the design unit according to thewater transport and water conservancy industry standards and the original hydraulic structure level of ChangzhouHydro Project is the optimal scheme.
