压力钢管检修台车的设计及应用

Design and Application of Penstock Maintenance Trolley

针对岩滩水电站自投产运行以来一直不能对引水压力钢管斜井进行定期安全检测和全面检查维护的难题,基于柔性机械系统的设计思想,提出研制大直径压力钢管高空检修作业台车。笔者介绍了该设备的组成、安装步骤和注意事项,以及在岩滩水电站的应用成效。该设备的应用,成功地解决了水电站压力钢管全流道、全断面的安全检测和检查维护作业的难题,为大型水电站压力钢管检修作业进行了宝贵的实践探索,具有重要的借鉴意义。

Since Yantan Hydropower Station has been put into operation it has been unable to conduct regular safety inspection and comprehensive inspection and maintenance of diversion penstock inclined shaft.Based on the design idea of flexible mechanical system the development of high altitude maintenance trolley for large diameter penstock is proposed.The author introduces the composition installation steps and precautions of the equipment and the application effect in Yantan Hydropower Station.The application of the equipment has successfully solved the problems of safety inspection and maintenance of the whole channel and full section of penstock in hydropower station and has carried out valuable practical exploration for the overhaul of penstock in large hydropower stations which has important reference significance.
