摘要
以实现无线传感数据驱动的液压支架三维姿态监测系统为目的,介绍了ZigBee无线倾角传感器设计,三轴加速度计倾角计算方法,两柱掩护式液压支架无线倾角传感器部署方案及ZigBee无线交差网状网网络架构设计。基于Unity3D开发平台设计了液压支架三维模型,基于液压支架二维平面模型推导了三维模型驱动变量计算方法,阐述了液压支架三维姿态仿真实现过程,给出了三维模型驱动脚本示例。测试结果表明,传感器采集精度满足系统仿真驱动数据要求,无线传感网络数据传输稳定,三维仿真平台实现了真实传感器数据驱动下的液压支架抬头及低头姿态实时仿真。
For the purpose of realizing the three-dimensional attitude monitoring system of hydraulic support driven by wireless sensor data,the design of ZigBee wireless tilt angle sensor,the calculation method of three-axis accelerometer tilt angle,the deployment scheme of wireless tilt angle sensor of two-leg shield hydraulic support and the network architecture design of ZigBee wireless crossover mesh network are introduced.The 3D model of hydraulic support is designed based on Unity3D development platform,and the calculation method of 3D modeldriving variable-sis derived based on the 2D plane model of hydraulic support.Finally,the realization process of 3D attitude simula-tion of hydraulic support is described in detail,and an example of 3D model driving script is given.The test results show that the sensor acquisition accuracy meets the driving data requirements of the system simulation,and the wire-less sensor network data transmission is stable.The 3D simulation platform realizes the real-time simulation of the head-up and head-down attitude of the hydraulic support driven by real sensor data.
