摘要
为解决大采高工作面末采阶段煤壁易片帮的难题,以寺河煤矿5303工作面末采阶段为工程背景,通过分析大采高工作末采阶段的片帮机理,讨论了诱发片帮的影响因素和防治措施,并提出了工作面末采深孔注浆加固技术。根据工作面的地质条件设计了末采阶段深孔注浆加固方案,通过巷道变形监测可知,主撤巷道两帮平均位移为53 mm,保证了大采高工作面安全贯通主撤巷道。
In order to solve the problem of easy fragmentation of the roadway wall at the final mining stage of a large mining height face,based on the engineering background of the final mining stage of the 5303 working face of Sihe Coal Mine,the mechanism of spalling in the final mining stage of the large mining height is discussed,and the influencing factors and prevention measures of the inducing slabs and the deep hole grouting reinforcement technology at the end of the working face are discussed and proposed.According to the geological conditions of the working face,a deep-hole grouting reinforcement plan at the final mining stage was designed.Through the roadway deformation monitoring,it can be seen that the average displacement of the two sides of the main withdrawal roadway is 53 mm,which ensures the safety of the large mining height working face.
