塑性铰区开洞梁的受力性能与工程应用

摘要 为解决设备管道在框架梁塑性铰区的穿洞难题,本文以某实际工程为背景,对设置斜腋、密箍、斜筋、钢套管等加强措施的塑性铰区开洞梁的力学性能进行研究。通过建立精细化有限元模型,对不同加强措施下开洞梁的受弯、受剪性能和破坏机理开展了参数化研究。研究表明,本文建议的构造措施可以有效改善塑性铰区开洞梁的受力性能,并使其满足工程应用需求。该研究拓宽了开洞梁的应用范围,有效降低了结构层高,有利于提升建筑空间品质、降低工程成本。 To solve the problem of openings in beam s plastic hinge zone,taking a practical engineering pro ject as research prototype,the beam with openings in plastic hinge zone was reinforced by setting sidestay,encryption hoop,inclined reinforcement,steel sleeve and so on,which mechanical behavior was studied.By establishing a fine finite element model,the flexural and shear properties and failure mechanism of beams with openings under different strengthening measures were studied by parameterization.The results showed that the proposed strengthening methods were able to effectively enhance the mechanical performance of the beam with openings in the plastic hinge zone and met the requirements from the engineering applications.The research broadened the application of the openings in beams,reduced the construction story height effectively,improved the building space quality and cut down the construction expense.
