阻尼减振技术在通信杆塔上的应用

摘要 目前,大多数电信运营商建设的通信单管塔、立杆,经过多年的无线网络建设发展,塔上天线挂载数量已基本达到承载极限,无法继续加装平台来满足当前的5G无线网建设需求。加之单管塔型主要构件的替换加固存在天然障碍,常规方法无法进行有效的加固改造。本文提出了一种基于阻尼减振消能技术加固通信塔的阻尼器产品,并选取试点站进行试点应用。通过理论分析结合现场试验验证,通信塔阻尼器可以有效提升塔体结构阻尼比,降低风荷载作用,为加装5G天线平台提供承载空间。 After years of wireless network construction and development,the number of antennas mounted on communication monopoles built by most telecom operators has generally reached the carrying limit,and it is impossible to continue to install platforms to meet current 5G wireless network construction needs.In addition,the replacement and reinforcement of the main components of the monopoles are difficult,and conventional methods cannot be effectively applied.In this paper,a strengthening method base on TMD vibration reduction has been proposed.And a station is selected for method application and verification.Through theoretical analysis and field verification,the TMD system can effectively increase the damping ratio of the monopoles,reduce the impact of wind loads,and thus providing additional load bearing capacity for the installation of 5G antenna platforms.
