摘要
以滩涂区某污水处理厂永久排放管工程为例,通过计算分析提出了一种管槽+桩基的基础结构形式,该管槽基础适用于滩涂区大口径柔性管道。经过计算分析和方案比选,并与规范进行了对比,得出管道竖向直径变形率与管道四周回填土的压缩模量有强关联性,管槽中柔性管道管底回填厚度可以取管径的0.2倍,且不宜小于200mm,总结了管槽基础各个分区范围的回填要求,为类似管道工程提供借鉴和参考。
In this paper,taking the permanent discharge pipe project of a sewage treatment plant in the tid-al-flat area as an example,a foundation structure suitable for large-diameter flexible pipelines,pipe groove+pile foundation,is proposed.Through the calculation and analysis of the alternatives,and comparison with the code specification,it is concluded that the vertical diameter deformation rate of the pipeline is closely related to the compression modulus of the backfill around the pipeline.The backfill thickness at the bottom of the flexible pipeline in the pipe groove can be 0.2 times the diameter,and should not be less than 200mm.The backfill re-quirements of each zone of the pipe groove foundation are summarized.This study provides some references for similar future pipeline projects.
