我国防腐涂料绝大部分是溶剂型涂料,而且用的树脂大部分属环氧系列产品,这类涂料固化后成刚性,耐冲击性差,如果用于混凝土防腐,需基层十分干燥(含水量≤9%)方可施工,且自身有毒,施工时污染环境。本文介绍一种新型的水性环保防腐涂料——VRA-LM水性高分子树脂防腐涂料,并从这一材料的产品特点、成膜性能、施工方式等几方面进行综合介绍。
