BIM技术在建筑装饰装修中的应用研究

Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Building Decoration

作为建筑工程施工的最后一道工序,建筑装饰装修工程的成本、质量及安全对整个工程项目是否能够顺利投入使用是至关重要的。本文从建筑装饰装修工程的施工管理角度出发,分析了BIM技术在装饰装修工程的成本、质量及安全等方面的管理优势及具体应用,探讨了在施工过程中的管理,强化施工和管理之间的联系。并以新建文化馆新馆、图书馆分馆和新松江剧场工程为背景案例,简要介绍了BIM技术在建筑装饰装修工程中的应用,实现了装饰装修施工与土建施工有效的衔接,降低返工的机率,进而为后续运营提供保障,同时为今后类似工程提供参考。

As the last process of construction engineering,the cost,quality and safety of building decoration engineering are critical to the smooth operation of the whole project.From the perspective of construction management of Building Decoration Engineering,this paper analyzes the management advantages and specific applications of BIM Technology in the aspects of cost,quality and safety of decoration engineering,discusses the management during the construction process,and emphasizes the connection between construction and management.Taking the new cultural center,new library branch and new Songjiang theater project as the background case,this paper briefly introduces the specific application of BIM Technology in building decoration engineering,which realizes the effective connection between decoration construction and civil construction,reduces the chance of rework,and provides a guarantee for subsequent operation.This study also provides references for similar future projects.
