从生态哲学动物福利说观照澳门《动物保护法》

Exploring Macao’s Animal Protection Law from an eco-philosophical view of animal welfare

自澳门特别行政区回归祖国以来,澳门特区的社会经济急速发展,居民生活质量大幅提高,保护动物观念逐渐普及化。2016年澳门特别行政区立法会通过《动物保护法》,并于同年9月正式实施;澳门设立该法律时曾借镜于邻近地区相关的保护动物法律,因此澳门更为先进的、全面的。基于澳门特区的历史背景,《动物保护法》的复杂性来源于中葡文化的传统习俗和宗教信仰,以及生态哲学“动物福利说”的思想对动物关怀的表现。

Since the reunification of the Macao Special Administrative Region with the motherland,the rapid socio-economic development of Macao has led to a significant improvement in the quality of life of its residents,and the concept of animal protection has gradually become more popular.In 2016,the Legislative Assembly of the Macao Special Administrative Region passed the Animal Protection Law,which is more advanced and comprehensive as Macao has borrowed from the relevant animal protection laws of neighbouring regions when establishing this law.Based on Macao's unique historical background,the complexity of the Animal Protection Law stems from the traditional customs and religious beliefs of the Sino-Portuguese culture,as well as the ecological philosophy of"animal welfare",which is a manifestation of the concern for animals.
