河南省平原地区农村垃圾的管理现状及对策研究——以S县为例

Study on the present situation and countermeasures of rural garbage management in plain area of He'nan Province——Take S County as an example

河南省作为一个传统的农业大省,有着数量可观的农业人口,这些农业人口中大部分位于平原地区。在他们居住的大大小小的村庄里,环境问题越来越受到人们的重视。S县位于河南省东南部平原地区,其县内农村垃圾的积累过程是一个长期过程,但是随着垃圾越积越多,清理S县内堆积的农村垃圾就成了一个迫切问题。现在我们通过研究S县这一区域农村垃圾的积累过程和管理现状,来探讨类似农村地区垃圾积累问题的解决对策。

As a traditional agricultural province,He'nan Province has a considerable agricultural population,most of which are located in the plain areas.In the villages,large and small,where they live,environmental problems are getting more and more attention.S County is located in the southeastern plain area of He'nan Province.The accumulation of rural garbage in S County is a long-term process,but with the increasing accumulation of garbage,it has become an urgent problem to clean up the accumulated rural garbage in S County.Now,by studying the accumulation process and management status quo of rural garbage in S County,we will discuss the solutions to the garbage accumulation problems in similar rural areas.
