摘要 Cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT)has been shown to improve symptoms, left ventricle(LV)performance and long-term survival in patients with heart failure with re-duced ejection fraction(HFrEF)and delayed ventricular activation.[1]CRT is currently recom-mended in symptomatic patients with LV ejection fraction of≤35%,and ventricular conduction dis-order manifested as left bundle branch block(LBBB)>149 ms,and should be considered in LBBB>129 ms or non-LBBB QRS duration>150 ms.
