血流向量成像技术对心腔流体力学的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 目前心血管疾病的发生率逐年增加,其结局是心力衰竭最终导致死亡,因此对心血管系统疾病的早期诊断、评估及干预治疗尤为重要。血流向量成像技术是一种基于彩色多普勒血流成像技术的新技术,无需造影剂即可观察心腔内流体变化,可对心功能进行准确评估。本文就目前血流向量成像技术对心腔流体力学的研究进展进行综述。 At present,the incidence of cardiovascular diseases is increasing year by year,eventually leading to heart failure and mortality.Hence,early diagnosis,evaluation and treatment for cardiovascular diseases is particularly important.Vector flow mapping(VFM)is a novel technology based on the latest development of color Doppler blood flow imaging.It allows observe the fluid without a contrast agent,and can be used for accurate assessment of cardiac function.This article reviews the research progress of intracardiac hemodynamics by VFM.
