试论中医体质辨识在个体化诊疗中的应用

Discussion on the application of traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification in individualized diagnosis and treatment

当今医学发展趋势已逐步转向以“人”为中心的研究,中医体质辨识作为个体化诊疗的新切入点,具有较好的应用前景。通过体质分类研究,可有效针对个体开展日常护理、疾病预防及治疗康复等工作。试从体质辨识的概念、个体化诊疗及体质辨识在个体化诊疗中的具体应用进行论述,以期在未来个体化诊疗的进程中,充分发挥体质辨识的潜在价值,构建中医个体化特色防治体系。

Nowadays,the development trend of medicine has gradually turned to“human”centered research.As a new entry point of individualized diagnosis and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution identification has a good application prospect.Through the research of constitution classification,we can effectively carry out daily nursing,disease prevention,treatment and rehabilitation for individuals.This paper tries to discuss the concept of constitution identification,individualized diagnosis and treatment and the specific application of constitution identification in individualized diagnosis and treatment,in order to give full play to the potential value of constitution identification and construct the individualized characteristic prevention and treatment system of TCM in the process of individualized diagnosis and treatment in the future.
